| Junior Giants - Jr Giants is a youth baseball program for boys and girls ages 8-12. This non-competitive league teaches the fundamentals of baseball and the importance of teamwork. This is a FREE program. | |

| Mini Ball - This novice youth sports program is designed to give boys and girls ages 5 and 6 (by end of registration period) a positive sports experience. Participants will have the opportunity to learn the basic skills of baseball and softball. Registration is in February. | |
| Minor League - The Minor League baseball program is geared for boys and girls ages 9 through 12 (by end of registration period). Where: Reedley Community Center. Season: April through June | |
| Pitch, Hit & Run Competition - This local competition is held once a year during the month of April. Boys and girls ages 7-14 are encouraged to compete at no cost. Top winners from each event and overall winner will advance to a sectional competition. | |

| T-Ball - Boys and girls ages 7 and 8 (by end of registration period) are encouraged to participate in T-Ball. This program stresses fundamentals and skills pertaining to baseball. Registration is in February. | |

| First-time homeowners - This publication provides tax information for first-time homeowners. Your first home may be a house, condominium, cooperative apartment, mobile home, houseboat, or house trailer. | |
| Homeowner deductions information - Only one taxpayer may claim the child as a qualifying child for purposes of filing as head of household. Also, a taxpayer filing as head of household must furnish over half the cost of maintaining the household. Therefore, both parents may not file as head of household. For more information, please refer to Publication 501, Exemptions, Standard Deduction, and Filing Information, for more information. | |
| How to report moving expenses - You may be able to deduct moving expenses whether you are self-employed or an employee. Your expenses generally must be related to starting work at your new job location. However, certain retirees and survivors may qualify to claim the deduction even though they are not starting work at a new job location. See Who Can Deduct Moving Expenses. | |
